Executive Coaching for leaders who are done guessing

You already know how to run a business. What you need is someone who will tell you the truth about how you lead, then help you fix the two or three things that actually matter.

Coaching built around your real calendar, not a textbook

Most executive coaching programmes ask you to carve out hours you don't have, read frameworks you've already seen, and sit through sessions that feel like therapy without the couch. We do something different.

Each engagement at ExecGuide Blueprints starts with a 90-minute diagnostic where we map the specific leadership friction you face right now: a board that won't align, a direct report you're about to lose, a strategic pivot you can't get your team behind. From there, we build a six-session or twelve-session programme around that friction, not around a syllabus.

Sessions run fortnightly, last 50 minutes, and happen over video or in person at our offices near 757 Hillside Close, Toy-under-Mitchell, Wales, AB50 9LV. Between sessions you get one async check-in per week via voice note or email, because momentum dies when you only talk twice a month.

Four stages, no filler

We respect your time. Every stage has a clear deliverable and a clear end date.

Diagnostic call

A 90-minute deep dive into your current leadership landscape. We identify the two or three pressure points that, if resolved, would change how your next quarter feels. You leave with a written summary and a proposed coaching plan.

Structured sessions

Six or twelve fortnightly sessions, each 50 minutes. We work on decision-making patterns, communication gaps, and the political dynamics inside your organisation. No role-play exercises. Lots of real scenarios from your actual week.

Mid-point review

Halfway through, we pause and measure. Are the friction points shifting? Has your team noticed a change? If the original goals need adjusting, we adjust. If something is working faster than expected, we move to the next issue.

Close and handoff

The final session produces a personal leadership playbook: a short document capturing the mental models, scripts, and habits that worked for you. It is yours to keep. No ongoing dependency, no rolling retainer unless you want one.

Problems that keep senior leaders awake

If any of these sound familiar, a structured coaching engagement can move the needle in weeks rather than months.

Decision fatigue at the top

When every choice feels high-stakes, leaders start delaying or delegating upward. We rebuild your decision-making framework so you can move faster with less second-guessing. Most clients report a noticeable shift within three sessions.

Team conflict you can't name

Something is off in your leadership team but nobody will say it out loud. We help you surface the real issue, whether it is a role overlap, a trust deficit, or a strategy disagreement hiding behind politeness. Then we work through it together.

Transition into a bigger role

The skills that got you promoted are rarely the skills you need next. Moving from functional head to general manager, or from CEO of a 50-person company to a 500-person one, requires a different operating system. We help you install it before the growing pains hit.

Board and stakeholder communication

Presenting to a board is a different discipline from presenting to your team. We work on framing, brevity, and handling pushback so that your next board meeting is the one where people actually listen instead of checking their phones.

Before you book

Most clients choose either six sessions (roughly three months) or twelve sessions (six months). The diagnostic call helps us figure out which length fits your situation. A few clients come back for a second block after a gap, usually when they hit a new transition.
Yes. About 70% of our sessions happen over Zoom or Teams. In-person sessions are available at our office in Toy-under-Mitchell, Wales, or at your premises if you prefer. We do not charge travel separately for locations within South Wales.
The diagnostic call is complimentary. It lasts 90 minutes and you receive a written summary within 48 hours. There is no obligation to continue after that. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and suggest someone who might be.
Coaching, firmly. We will not write your strategy deck or restructure your org chart. What we will do is help you think more clearly about both of those things so the decisions you make are sharper. Occasionally we share frameworks from our own leadership experience, but the agenda is always yours.
We focus on individual leaders. If your leadership team needs facilitated alignment sessions, we can recommend trusted partners who specialise in that. Sometimes we run a single joint session with a client and their direct report when a specific relationship is the bottleneck.
Our lead coach is ICF PCC-credentialed with over 2,000 logged coaching hours. Before coaching full-time, they spent 18 years in operational leadership roles across financial services and technology, including five years as a managing director. That background means we understand the pressures you face because we have sat in the same chair.
